Headings are given at four digits, which is the part that is the same in every country. The remaining digits depend on your tariff and on the exact construction of the goods, and are confirmed per shipment with your broker.
How it works
From specificationto shipment
You send the specification
Material, thickness, density, dimensions, quantity and the port you want it delivered to. A drawing or a photograph of the worn part does the same job as a specification.
We quote
A price against the terms you name, with packed weight and volume, the customs heading we will declare, and a lead time. If something cannot be supplied you are told so rather than left waiting on it.
You confirm
A proforma invoice is issued carrying the agreed price, terms and payment method. Nothing is ordered or committed until that is signed.
We pack and ship
Goods packed and marked to your instructions, documents issued, and the shipment details sent to you and to your agent.
Terms
What wequote against
- EXW Bhilwara
- You or your agent collects from the works. The simplest arrangement, and the cheapest if you already have a buying agent in India.
- FOB Indian port
- We deliver to the port, clear the goods for export and load them. You carry the sea freight and insurance from there.
- CIF your port
- Quoted on request through a freight forwarder, with ocean freight and insurance included to your port of discharge.
Name the terms you work on in your enquiry. If you are not sure which, say where you want the goods delivered and we will quote the sensible one.

Six lines is enough to quote against. The rest helps, but nothing waits on it.
