Raghu Nandan Ojha has been in felt and loom spares since 1996, and still runs the firm himself.
In that time his work has reached textile mills the length of India, and the client list has grown by word of mouth — which is the only way it grows in this trade. Mills call him directly, and usually about something that has just stopped.
Bring him a component by its part number, by a rough description, or simply worn out in a cloth bag, and he will tell you what it is, what it fits and when it can reach you. Thirty years of that is not something a catalogue replaces.
