- How quickly can you supply?
- Most items leave in two to three working days. Anything cut to a drawing is quoted with its own lead time when the order is confirmed.
- What are your payment terms?
- A part payment confirms the order and the balance is settled before dispatch.
- Can you supply to a drawing or a sample?
- Yes. Send a drawing, a sample, or simply the worn part itself and it will be matched. Felt is cut to your sizes rather than sold only in fixed ones.
- Do you supply outside Rajasthan?
- Yes. Goods go to mills, workshops and finishing shops across India, not only in Bhilwara.
- What do you need in order to quote?
- For felt, the size, thickness and quantity — or a description of the job if you are not sure what to ask for. For Sulzer spares, the part number if you have it; a photograph or the old part is enough if you do not.
