This site has no accounts, no database and no tracking, and sets no cookies. The only information that leaves your device is the enquiry you choose to send.
What we collect and why
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your company if you give one, the product you pick, and your message. We use it to answer you, quote, and supply the goods — nothing else. We do not send marketing.
Who else sees it
The form does not send anything by itself. It opens WhatsApp with the message written, and you decide whether to send it — so your enquiry passes through WhatsApp, operated by Meta. Nobody else receives it.
How long we keep it
In our WhatsApp history, and in our order records where it leads to a supply, for as long as the trade and our statutory and tax obligations require.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask what we hold, have it corrected or erased, and withdraw consent at any time — just say so on the same WhatsApp thread. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
